This is a sample screenshot of the business health assessment results you will receive after you purchase the service and upon providing us the required set of data. Beside the assessment results, the report shall encompass the definitions of the different metrices and how to interpret them. The results shall be emailed to you no more than 3 days after we validate that the data you provided is good to go.

Check that you have the required data to do the assessment
Refer to the table on the right on the set of data required. For those data in pink cells, they are the essential ones to fill in to enable a minimal assessment of your business health. Please note that a value of “0” is also considered a valid data for the pink cells, except for the “industry type” and “state of the risk maturity….” fields whereby they are text data inputs. For those data in yellow cells, they are the non-essential data fields. If you do not have these data, you may input “-” into the cell itself.
