I started my career as a process engineer in the manufacturing industry in the private sector, and moved on to embark into a job that drives operational excellence in the service industry, also in the private sector. My last stint before I became an entrepeneur was working in the government sector driving operational excellence, managing enterprise risks and conducting operational audits. Having the benefit of being exposed to the different industries and sectors over my career span of 26 years enabled me to confidently tell you that in solving any problem, you cannot run away from looking at the process.
